Don't worry too much about the technique rating it is just because you took a screenshot and I do very much the same with most of my art about minecraft. It looks like a great village to roam about in, the church looks like a great place go to one of the towers and just look at the village I like the way that the bridge just leads your eyes to the peaceful little village and it makes me wonder what is on the other side of the wall. I can see that there are things in the distance that make me feel like there will be exploring that can be done.
